Returns & Exchanges

At Purdey, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our garments and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the completed return form provided with your initial delivery.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary home collection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
